How Do I Place an Order?
- Find the items you want on our website. Looking for gifts? Check out Anisa Gift Shop.
- Select any options you want if the product has any and add the items to your shopping cart by clicking “Buy Now” on the product’s page.
- You should now be in the shopping cart. If you are not, you can just click on the shopping bag icon or the shopping cart link in the header or footer menu to go there at any time.
- In the shopping cart, adjust the quantity you want of each product (if necessary), enter your email address and then select the “Checkout” button. If you would like to be added to our email list you can select the “Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers” checkbox.
- Chose Local Delivery (see our local delivery zip codes above) or if you would rather pick up in-store, choose “I’ll pick it up myself”
- For Delivery: Please enter your name and delivery address
- For in-store pick up, please enter your name and phone number
- After selecting “Continue”, you can confirm your Delivery or Pickup Method and add any additional required information. Select “Continue” to move to the Payment Information section.
- You should now be on the Payment Page. Select your payment method. Verify/change your billing address. Select “Continue” to go to the final payment page.
- If your credit card went through, you should now be at the checkout success page, and an email confirmation will be sent to you within 15 minutes. Thank you for your order! If you had an error with your credit card or billing information, you will be sent back to the billing page. Check the message near the top of the page as to what caused the billing error, verify your billing address and credit card are correct, and follow steps 7 again to complete checkout.
